Our research approach is about conversations, observations and our own experience as service users, which means we can provide you with a rich and realistic picture of your service, your existing or potential market and the opportunities for new offerings and service improvements.

Ideas

We work with you in creative workshops to explore the opportunities presented by the research findings. Our approach is about utilising our creativity and your knowledge to co-design improvements and new services so they are easy for you to implement at the end of a project.

 

Development

Taking the most viable ideas forward involves a process of refining through testing, evaluating and adjusting to ensure the new offering or improvements we design together are appropriate to your company and your customers.

Commercialisation

Implementing new services or service improvements requires a lot of planning which is something we can assist you with, providing you with detailed blueprints of how the new/improved service should work and helping you to evaluate the real world effectiveness of what we have created together.

As well as developing tailor made tools for your project we also have a number of tools which we commonly use on projects:

    A mystery shopping style tool which enables us to analyse the quality of your service from a customers point of view.
  • SerViz
